Accounts inactive for twelve consecutive months become Dormant, and we may then charge a monthly administrative fee of at least 25 EUR, debited from the start of the following month and stopping once the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

Verification and KYC

We may require identity verification before processing any payout and may hold withdrawals until this is complete. We may request passport details, identification cards, proof of residence and source-of-funds statements, provided in Latin or Cyrillic script, or by video verification if those scripts are unavailable to you.
